NexGen W.I.A provides participants with a host of opportunities to explore and learn throughout their entire experience. We believe in providing opportunities for learning across multiple disciplines and utilizing various learning methods and platforms including programming, workshops, hands on experiences and digital avenues.

NexGen WIA consists of a host of passionate, successful professionals with a finance, business or accounting background. Our goal is that these relationships will not only support and assist our program participants throughout their journey with the organization but through their career trajectories and beyond.
